I'm wrapping up the weekend with almost 3K new words in the collaboration project! Strong, powerful scene we are working on, is all I can tell you, for fear of spoilers. Every day, Nicole and I are a day closer to giving the world our gift of an awesome story from our hearts!!
My niece is graduating from high school and the ceremony is the first weekend in June. Of courses I'll be there for her ceremony! Wouldn't miss it for the world! The bonus to being there is I was able to set up a book signing at Adventures Underground, the bookstore in Richland, Washington that is stocking my books. So Saturday is the graduation and then Sunday, from noon until two (ish) I'll be autographing my own books for anyone who brings one they already have or ones that they buy there! I love being able to be out in the public and having the opportunity to meet people and talk about my books or whatever! I'll remind everyone for the next couple of blogs, which keeps myself reminded!
I thought a lot about Mom this weekend and came across a photo I posted on Facebook shortly after she passed. It's one of my favorite pictures of her and I together after winning a mother-son tennis tournament a few years ago ( hahaha ).
And no, I don't think I have the tennis outfit any longer. I'm sure they wouldn't fit.
